Development Tip #1: Making Mistakes

This is 22 year old me. Fresh out of college and in a new city. I was struggling, like many, trying to find my footing in the world. I made mistakes... I still make mistakes. If I could go back and say something to the 22 year old me, I’d tell her to keep making mistakes (avoid making the same ones!) Making mistakes means you made a decision. The more decisions you make, the stronger your decision making skills become. Good, bad, or indifferent, make a decision.
